Christian Bartley brings a global foundation of leadership that spans several industries, including healthcare, finance, and heavy equipment. He has positively impacted organizations from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in the Americas, Europe, and Asia through the development of aligned strategies that cut across international business, operations, marketing, and growth initiatives.

His cross-cultural approach to business has enabled him to build high performance teams that have fostered the turnaround of struggling companies and taken others to the next level of maturity. Christian brings a wealth of knowledge and breadth of skills to further the growth of companies, culminating in profitable acquisitions and shareholder value. He is an engineer by training and has evolved into a serial entrepreneur who brings an analytical mindset to address complex challenges that businesses face.

For the past four years, Christian served as the Vice President, Marketing & Strategic Operations at Tadano America, where he oversaw all aspects of marketing, product management, engineering, training, and strategy. Through his leadership, he drove an average 24% annual growth of P&L revenue for 4 years and achieved a record-breaking year with 49%. He led the cultural shift within the company and guided a major digital transformation while aligning the stakeholders on common visions.

Christian transitioned to Board role after serving as the Managing Partner for Faleiro, LLC, the boutique consulting firm he founded in 2001. For 17 years, he led the effort to build his company from the ground up, positively impacting clients in B2B Business Services, Capital Equipment, Entertainment, Educational Tech, Automotive, and Construction Equipment industries. Clients benefit from his global strategy expertise and his ability to uncover market opportunities, accelerate top-line revenue, and transform marketing efforts.

As the CEO of the World Trade Center Wisconsin, he directed the transformation of the organization from a debt position to profitability. He more than doubled revenue and positioned the organization as universally recognized out of 300+ World Trade Centers across 90 countries.

His early career includes launching and selling a market research firm that worked with clients on both sides of the Atlantic. Other roles include serving as the Director of Marketing at a healthcare services company and Partner and Senior Associate at a management consultancy in Europe and US.

In addition to chairing the Faleiro Board, he sits on the Boards of Yalp, Inc., an Austin-based edtech company, and Los Angeles-based AmpGenie, an automation tech company; and previously on two boards at MIT, the World Trade Center Wisconsin and Kindaba, a Scotland-based social media company.

He was selected as a judge for several international competitions, including Ernst & Youngs’ Entrepreneur of the Year Award program, Hong Kong’s International Institute for Business Development (IIB) New Business Venture Competition, and MIT’s IDEAS Global Challenge Competition.

Christian was Appointed by Royal Decree to be an Advisor for Economic Diplomacy to the Kingdom of Belgium.

Christian holds an MBA in International Marketing & Management, MS in Engineering Management, and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
